Mission:
To coach and foster highly focused lacrosse players on teams socially engineered to maximize each individual player's strengths at the highest levels of competition in an environment that builds confidence, skills, IQ, as well as passion for the game.
Philosophy:
We aim to design teams that not only can be highly competitive but still provide opportunities for players to grow, try new things, succeed & fail, but more importantly gain confidence. Players will utilize roles on each team but also be encouraged and expected to do things outside of their comfort zone i.e. (play off hand position, play different position entirely). Our players must be willing to embrace offense, defense, transition, etc. Our program is built around the idea of “no specialists, just lacrosse players”. Our attackmen ride hard, midfielders love earning offense through tough defense, and our long poles understand they are offensive threats with the ball in their stick.
Selection Process:
Players will be identified via online application process, existing relationships, & recommendations from our network in lacrosse. We do not utilize traditional tryout models as our rosters are very intentional. Built around identifying the “right” players and not just the “best” players. We weigh heavily the interview process when identifying players and value relationships with families/players with the utmost importance.

Sauce Lacrosse is supplemental to each player's local club lacrosse program. We understand that conflicts will exist and the expectation is that players will ALWAYS attend local/regional club obligations first.

1-3 tournaments yearly
Tournaments:
A significant amount of time is spent pinpointing “boutique” lacrosse events. The goal for our selected events is to combine the best of national competition, facilities, & premier location for our families to enjoy away from the lacrosse fields.
Cost:
This varies per each tournament but you can expect between $395 - $500 per tournament. Fee’s include but are not limited to: tournament registration, pre-tournament practice field space, coaches. (2 on sideline each game, designated head & assistant coach)
