HOW WE HELP
Sauce Lacrosse is about learning. We are educators first, looking to see, hear, and support our players by establishing a foundation for skill mastery, positional savvy, and love of the game.
Semi-Private
Small groups of 4 or less, socially engineered around grad year, skill level, and athletic ability.
This training focuses on micro-corrections to fine tune mechanical and mental details. This intimate group setting supports building confidence and efficiency as players compete for perfection every rep.
Private
1:1 training. Sessions vary in time based on age, skill level, conditioning, etc. Private work is contingent on building relationships with player and family to create a bespoke plan for lacrosse success. Private work is open to everyone from youth beginners to high school players looking to matriculate to the college level.
Group Sessions
Geared towards players with significant experience in groups of 5 - 15. Fast paced, this training is built around highly focused players looking to compete while compiling game speed reps with ball in their stick.
Team Training
Bring our staff to you! Club programs, high school teams, recreation organizations, we have the ability to travel nationwide and run clinics, practices, team training, tryouts, etc. A unique opportunity to get to know clubs and programs intimately. Creating training and tailoring coaching to relationships built with each organization.

Coach Bembry, in a very short period of time has changed how we view lacrosse. His focus on percentages, technique and smart playing has set the tone for Oliver going into high school. Breaking down bad habits and continuously working on the right technique works towards a better bigger picture for playing lacrosse and we see that now. He is supportive, passionate and genuinely cares about the progress of his students. We will be working with him many years to come!!
