SAUCE LACROSSE
Built on relationships, Sauce Lacrosse is about giving back to the game that we love. The aim is to provide mentorship, coaching, and advice to all the players, families, and programs we work with.
We have been lucky enough to play, coach, and learn the game at the highest levels and from some of the greatest coach’s lacrosse has to offer. Actively coaching at the prep level and involved at the club level nationally we bring a fresh relevant view to fostering high level field players at all ages.
